Share a Pipeline with others

Any Pipeline user with the right permissions can share a Pipeline. You can share Pipeline to another person’s email address or simply type their name if they’re already an F6S user.

Note: Please contact your Organization Admin if you don’t have sharing permissions and think you should.

• Go to Pipeline Web
• Click the Pipeline dropdown on the right of the search field
• Move your cursor over the Pipeline you want to share
• Click the Share icon on the right
• Type names or email addresses of the collaborators with whom you want to share the Pipeline
• Choose a role for the people you’re sharing with:

• The “Can evaluate” role allows people you add to:
  • Access the Startup Detail Page
  • See messages and notes left by others in your Organization
  • Add and remove information in Pipeline Web
  • Score startups and companies
  • Add and remove companies from the Pipeline
  • Copy companies from the Pipeline into another
  • Share startups and companies with people inside and outside the Organization
• The “Can view” role allows people you add to:
  • Access the Startup Detail Page
  • See messages and notes left by others in your Organization
  • See information in Pipeline Web
• The “Owner” role allows people you add to:
  • Access the Startup Detail Page
  • See messages and notes left by others in your Organization
  • Add and remove information in Pipeline Web
  • Score startups and companies
  • Add and remove companies from the Pipeline
  • Copy companies from one Pipeline to another
  • Share startups and companies with people inside and outside the Organization
  • Export data
• Click the Share button
• The people you selected will be notified by email and in F6S. They’ll be able to go directly to the Pipeline you shared
