Evaluators that are assigned item by item are called Specific Evaluators in Pipeline. They only get the ability to see and evaluate the specific items for which you give them access.
- Find the Assigned/Evaluators column. You can unhide it from the Hide button if it’s not visible on your page
- Assigned/Evaluators shows everyone that can access and evaluate the startup
- Select the Assigned/Evaluators cell for the item you want
- Type the name or email address for the Evaluator you want to add
- You also choose the Pipeline in which you are giving access to the specific evaluator
- Click Add
- The new Specific Evaluator will be notified by email and be able to go directly to the item you shared
