- Open an email thread
- Look for the Pipelines with... section in the F6S Pipeline Gmail extension panel
- Click on the status dropdown to see which status are available for the Pipeline
- Click on Add the end of the dropdown list
- Type your new status name and press the Enter key on your keyboard
