The Pipeline Admin page is a central place for your Organization. You can always see the Organization you are part of at the top of the Pipeline Admin page or in the toolbar of your Pipeline web page. The Pipeline Admin page lets you see who’s in your Organization and you can set permissions for the Pipelines that belong to an Organization or Team. The key concepts are:

  • Organization - A group of everyone that works together on deal flow. The Organization name will typically be the name of a company, startup program, investment fund, angel group, government or other organization type. Organizations are managed by one or more Organization Admins.
  • Team - A group of people within the Organization that can view specific Pipelines and interact with them based on Permissions. A Team is a kind of template that allows Organizations to group similar people that receive the same permissions together. There is no limit on the number of Teams an Organization has. Adding someone to Team means that they can immediately access the Team Pipelines and permissions. As examples, ‘Operations Group’ and ‘Investment Committee’ could be Teams in an Organization.
  • Permissions - Settings that Organization Admins use to assign visibility of specific Pipelines to people in the Organization and define what they can do with them.
