You can make the Pipeline web page look the way you want. In general, changes you make to your Pipeline view don’t affect what other team members see. The only exception is that Custom columns you add are visible to others in your Organization that can see the Pipeline where you create them.
These are some common changes Pipeline users make:
Add a new column
- Click on + Column at the top left of the Pipeline web page
- Choose the type of column you want
- Give your new column a name
- Click Add
Resize your columns
- Click and hold the border of the column
- Move your cursor to the size you want
Change your column order
- Click on the top of the column you want to move and hold down the mouse button
- Drag the column to where you want it
- Release the column
- We’ll remember the new column position whenever you come back to the Pipeline web page
Hide columns
- Mouse over any column top and click on the down arrow that appears
- Choose Hide Column
Tip: Check out columns that are hidden by clicking the Hidden button on the top right corner of the screen. These include custom columns created by your team members
Sort your Pipeline web table
- Mouse over any column top and click on the down arrow that appears
- Choose Sort A→Z or Sort Z→A to sort the table
- Some columns have additional sorting options
Show hidden columns
- Click the Hidden button on the top right corner of the screen
- You’ll see all hidden columns, including ones created by your team members
- Click on the toggle next to each column to make it visible. Don’t worry - you can re-hide a column anytime
