Pipeline CRM users can specify who gets notified by email about application deletions. It’s done on the Program’s Connect page.
- Click the three horizontal line menu icon (often called a hamburger) in the upper left corner of the screen
- Click the Connect page you want in the "Groups" section
- Click the “three dots” icon on the right
- Click Edit
- Click Tags & Notifications on the left hand side
- Click the “Notify New Applications and Updates to” field
- Add the people to be notified when an application is deleted.
- When an application is deleted, the F6S user(s) you chose will receive a confirmation email with information on:
- Who deleted the application
- The name of the company
- The name of the program
- The time and timezone of the application deletion
