Pipeline CRM users can specify who gets notified by email about application deletions. It’s done on the Program’s Connect page.

  • Click the three horizontal line menu icon (often called a hamburger) in the upper left corner of the screen
  • Click the Connect page you want in the "Groups" section
  • Click the “three dots” icon on the right
  • Click Edit
  • Click Tags & Notifications on the left hand side
  • Click the “Notify New Applications and Updates to” field
  • Add the people to be notified when an application is deleted.
  • When an application is deleted, the F6S user(s) you chose will receive a confirmation email with information on:
    • Who deleted the application
    • The name of the company
    • The name of the program 
    • The time and timezone of the application deletion
