- Go to your Pipeline Admin page
- Click Pipelines & Pages below your Organization’s name
- Click the Scouting Portal
- Type the name or email address of the person you want to add
- Press the Enter key
- Everyone you add will receive an email invitation. You’ll be notified when they accept
