Teams are groups of Organization Members that access the same set of Pipelines with similar permissions. They are templates that you can add new Organization Members to rather than having to give Pipeline access and permission over and over.
Making a Team is easy:
- Go to your Pipeline Admin page
- Click on New Team at the top right corner of the screen
- Name your new Team
- Click on Add Team
- Click on Edit Default Access
- Add the Pipeline(s) you want the Team members to access
- Click on the three dots icon to the right of the Pipeline name to customize Team member permissions for each Pipeline
- Add the Organization Members you want on the Team with Add person
